One of the premier orthopedic practices in the Upper Midwest with five surgeons and three PA’s is now recruiting for an exceptional PA candidate.  This newly created position is in a private orthopedic practice in a wonderful setting, and the position is 1-on-1 with a busy shoulder, elbow, and sports medicine specialist in Minneapolis.

 Primary responsibilities include first-assist in the operating room with shoulder and sports medicine surgeries, in addition to seeing patients in the office with the surgeon.  There is administrative work including patient phone calls and triage, as well as occasional hospital rounding on orthopedic patients.  In general, there are no call or weekend responsibilities.

 We offer a salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive CME package and benefits program, and 401K with profit sharing.  Applicants must have graduated from an accredited PA program and be certified or eligible to be certified in state of Minnesota. We will consider new graduates, but a Master’s degree is expected.
