Applications for new members and to renew membership

Membership in MAPA is based on nearest quarter of the anniversary of your application.  The quarters are Jan - March (renewal date March 30); April - June (renewal date June 30), July - September (renewal date of Sept 30) and Oct - Dec (renewal Dec 30).  If you submit your application and dues payment in February, your renewal date vecomes March 30.  We do that to facilitate batching renewal notices and giving members a three-month grace period to renew dues.
